登記 Register

1. 如何註冊 How to register?

於www.chaiwawa.com.hk點擊主頁右上角的「登入/註冊」按鈕,於「我的帳戶」頁面內填上所需的個人資料,然後按「註冊」即可。

Go to www.chaiwawa.com.hk and click on the “Login/Register” button at the top right corner.  You can fill in your personal information under “My Account” and click “Register”.

2. 如何更改密碼 How can I change my password?

您可於登入後,於主頁的右上角 (您的登入名稱顯示的位置) ,然後點選「我的帳戶」,您便可更改您的個人密碼。

After login, you can go to “My Account” by clicking on the top right corner (where your login name displays) to change your password there.

3. 若忘記密碼,如何處理? If I forgot my password, what should I do?

於www.chaiwawa.com.hk點擊主頁右上角的「登入/註冊」按鈕,在「已註冊用戶」的資料輸入欄下方點選「忘記密碼」,然後根據指示填上您的電郵地址後按「註冊」,系統會透過電郵讓您重設密碼。

Click on the “Login/Register” button at the top right corner at www.chaiwawa.com.hk homepage, then select “Forget Password” under the “Registered User” box. Fill in your register email address as instructed and press “Register”. We will send you a password reset email.

5. 可使用哪些付款方式 What are the payment method I can use?

本網站接受VISA卡、萬事達卡及JCB卡或現金過戶。如客戶選擇現金過戶,入數帳號為入數帳號為上海商業銀行:344-14-40793-9 「柴娃娃有限公司」。入數後,請連同銀行入數紙及訂單號碼電郵至info@chaiwawa.com.hk或傳真至8228-0680。

Our website can support Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card or cash deposit.  If you choose to do cash deposit, the bank account information as follows: Shanghai Commercial Bank, 344-14-40793-9 “Chaiwawa Ltd”.  After the deposit is completed, please email us the bank slip with order number via info@chaiwawa.com.hk or fax on 8228-0680.

6. 可否貨到付款 Can I pay in cash upon delivery?

Sorry! We can only accept credit card payment to purchase our products.

訂購產品 Orders

7. 如何訂購產品? How to place an order?

先登入本網站,將您想購買的產品加到購物車內,完成之後,於頁面右上角查看購物車,然後點選「檢閱購物車」。頁面會跳至「購物車」,您可在這頁確認購買產品的詳細資料及數量,然後按「進行結算」。如果您還未登入,網站會先要求您先登入才能繼續進行結算。

After login and finish adding all the products you wish to buy to the shopping cart, you can move your mouse over the shopping cart icon at the top right corner. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be directed to “Shopping Cart”. Confirm your shopping list here and click “Proceed to Checkout”. If you haven’t logged in, you will need to proceed after login.

8. 若登出後,購物車內未下訂單的產品,還會保留嗎? If I logout without placing the order, will the items in the shopping cart be kept?

如果您把喜歡的產品加入購物車後仍未購買,登出帳戶後,這些產品仍會儲存在您的購物車內,留待您下次登入時再次選購,惟系統不會為購物車內的產品保留庫存量,產品有機會出現缺貨。

If you add items into shopping cart and logout before placing an order, these items will be saved in your shopping cart. Next time when you login, you can still checkout with these items. However, as system does not keep the stock for the items saved in shopping cart, the items may be sold out at that time although they are saved in the cart previously.

9. 我能否查閱訂單狀態/過往訂單記錄? How can I check my order status and previous order history?

登入後,您可以點選「我的訂單」。您可以在此頁查看您所有進行中的及過往的訂單記錄。

After login, you can go to “My Order” by clicking on the top right corner to check your current order status and past orders.

10. 若我要求退款及退貨,我應如何處理? If I want to refund, what should I do?

若閣下不滿意您的在線購買的產品及若產品有任何問題(例如產品質素,產品不合用,或產品不符合說明),您可在收到產品7天內退還給我們,我們將會按照您的付款方式退還支付或我們批核後的7天內安排更換同等產品。除了上述的產品問題外,我們只接受未開封/未使用的產品退貨安排。若您要退款或退回產品,請發送電子郵件至info@chaiwawa.com.hk與我們聯絡。

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 7 days of receipt. If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), again you can return it to us within 7 days, and we will refund the price paid to your original method of payment. We will also arrange replacement of equivalent product within 7 days upon approval. Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products. If you would like to refund or return the products, please email us at info@chaiwawa.com.hk.

11. 沒有註冊成為會員,仍可購物嗎? If I have not registered, can I still purchase the products?

很抱歉! 購買本網站的產品必須成為會員。您可於www.chaiwawa.com.hk作登記。

Sorry! You must register before you purchase our products.  You can register at www.chaiwawa.com.hk.

12. 可否將個別訂單送往不同的地址?Can I send an order to different delivery address?

可以。您可以在「我的帳戶」內更改送貨地址,或於結賬時您也可以選擇另一送貨地址。請注意,現時www.chaiwawa.com.hk於每張訂單只提供送貨至單一地址,如要把產品送貨至不同地址,請為每個送貨地址各建立一張訂單。

Yes. You can change delivery addresse in “My Account”, or you can choose to ship to a different address during checkout. Please note that each order can only be delivered to one single delivery address. To deliver items to an additional address, please place a new order on www.chaiwawa.com.hk.

13. 若我想購買的產品沒有存貨,可怎樣做?What if I want to purchase the product that is out of stock, what can I do?

若您想訂購的產品暫時缺貨,您可發送電子郵件至info @ chaiwawa.com.hk與我們聯絡。如產品再次上架時,我們將會電郵直接通知您。您可再次登入本網站,再次選購該產品。

If the product you want to purchase is out of stock, you can email to info@chaiwawa.com.hk or contact us.  If the product stock is available, we will inform you by email.  You can login to our website again.

14. 購買的產品是否擁有版權?Do the products have license?

您可以放心,本網站所出售的產品是經授權經營商提供,我們只出售有版權的產品。

You don’t have to worry as our products are provided by the licensing companies.  We only sell the products with license.

送貨服務 Delivery

15. 送貨範圍覆蓋全香港嗎? Do you deliver everywhere in Hong Kong?

我們現時在香港島、九龍及新界地區提供送貨服務;離島,限制區或車輛無法進入的區域除外。

We provide delivery service to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. We currently do not make deliveries to the following areas: Outlying islands and restricted districts and areas that vans cannot access.

16. 我怎樣才可享免費送貨服務? How can I enjoy free delivery service?

免費送往工商業大廈或滿港幣500元或以上免費送往住宅地區。詳情可參閱本網站的「送貨安排」

You need to purchase over HK$500 and the goods are delivered to residential building. For any details, you can refer to “Delivery” in our website.

17. 送貨費用可直接於訂購產品時一併用信用卡支付嗎? Can I pay the delivery cost together with my order?

很抱歉! 送貨費用必須以現金直接支付給送貨員,貨到時才需繳款。

Sorry! The delivery fee needs to be paid in cash and you can pay the fee to the courier directly upon delivery.

18. 若我不能在送貨期間收取貨品,我應怎樣處理? If I am not able to receive the goods during delivery time slot, what should I do?

您可於送貨前一天通知我們當天您不能收取貨品,我們會另作送貨安排。若您要求把貨品交付於大廈大堂或交托第三者收取貨品,我們會依照您的要求,但在這種情況下遺失貨品的風險將由您本人承擔。

You can inform us one day before the product delivery and we can make another delivery arrangement.  If you want to leave the product to lobby or 3rd party, we can arrange it upon your request.  However, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.

19. 我可選擇指定送貨時間嗎? Can I select delivery time slot?

很抱歉,我們暫不能提供指定的送貨時間服務。我們會盡量於星期一至星期六,上午九時至晚上八時送到。我們的送貨員會於一天前致電給您,以確保您能收取貨品。

Sorry! You are not able to select delivery time slot.  Our delivery service will be on Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 8pm.  Our courier will give you a call one day before he arrives to your door in order to ensure you are available to receive the goods.

「零浪費」 “Don’t Waste”

20. 我可直接購買「零浪費」內的商品嗎? Can I directly purchase the products from “Don’t Waste in the website?

21. 「零浪費」內的商品,是否有存貨? Will the products have any stock?

如果透過我們的Facebook進行購買和銷售的任何商品都在賣和買方之間,我們不會擁有或儲存賣家列出的任何商品。

Any of the items purchased and sold through our Facebook are between the seller and the buyer, we will not own or store any items listed by the seller.

22. 若有任何商品的問題,我可怎樣做? If I have any questions about the product, what should I do?

如果您對於在我們的Facebook購買和銷售中商品的內容有任何疑問,需直接與賣家聯繫。

If you have any questions about the product purchased or sold through our facebook, you can contact the seller directly.

「零用錢」獎賞 “Pocket Money” Reward

23. 甚麼是「零用錢」? What is “Pocket Money”?

「零用錢」是客戶在 www.chaiwaw.com.hk註冊戶口內的可消費金額 。消費金額為港幣100元 = $1 「零用錢」。

“Pocket Money” is the consumable amount in your registered account at www.chaiwawa.com.hk .  $1 “Pocket Money” = HK$1.

24. 如何使用「零用錢」? How to use “Pocket Money”?

您可於下一次訂購付款時選擇以「零用錢」支付部分交易金額。「零用錢」只適用於購買chaiwawa.com.hk內所有產品,惟每張訂單最多可使用之「零用錢」上限為$50「零用錢」。

When you pay, you can choose to use “Pocket Money” to pay part of the order. When checkout, Pocket Money is directly deducted from the total next purchase amount. You can use up to a maximum of $50 Pocket Money of cart total amount.

25. 「零用錢」可作支付送貨費用嗎? Can “Pocket Money” offset the delivery charge?

很抱歉! 「零用錢」只能用於購買本網站的產品。

26. 「零用錢」會否有使用限期? Is there any expiry period for using “Pocket Money”?

您可以於登入後,在「我的帳戶」內查看您所有「零用錢」的交易記錄及可用餘額。

After login, you can check the transaction history and balance of “Pocket Money” in “My Account”.

28. 「零用錢」可轉讓給其他會員或兌換現金嗎? Can I transfer the “Pocket Money” to other account or redeem in cash?

「零用錢」不可轉讓至其他帳戶,亦不可兌換成現金。

“Pocket Money” is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
